Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for our delivery process based on stock availability. Please note that the delivery timescale is a guide although of course we will endeavour to get our orders out to you as soon as possible.
Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery dispatch. You will receive a dispatch email once completed.
Please email [email protected] to initiate your return. We will get back to you with further instructions of how to return your order. We gladly accept returns within 28 days of the order being delivered to the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will process your return and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow 5 to 10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.
